Services paid for out of Perth & Kinross council tax should be delivered by folk in Perth & Kinross.  so get rid of Tayside Contracts etc. and bring it in-house. Then the workers should have some local pride and there would be more jobs in Perth & Kinross. After Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry Tayside contracts came round and took down the "Parking" signs which had been held up by black plastic zip tags. Tayside contracts just snipped these non-biodegradeable tags and left them lying in the gutters to block the drains (which they then had to (be paid to) clear. No sense of local pride or responsibiity.

All Perth & Kinross employees should live in Perth & Kinross within a reasonable period of joining the council. Particularly those high paid employees working in Perth.
