Solar for car parks

PKC has a lot of real estate in town centres where energy is required. If the council cannot afford the capital cost of installing solar to car parks and rough ground then consider either going into partnership or leasing the space and make an income from unused land. 

Make use of desolate black tar spaces and make clean power where it is needed. Hopefully also producing an income.
