Consultation

If PKC genuinely want consultation the definition is a two way dialogue. We don't see that detail. If PKC ask for feedback then it is incumbent on them to provide details of submissions, including on occasion insufficient to make a determination of possible outcomes, and why the council selected the chosen option and then who should be contacted to provide more input or details. 
PKC too often hide behind anonymity! Appoint a single counselor to coordinate input and dialogue on part of PKC. 

Consultation suggests dialogue. Without dialogue decisions are not explained and therefore become resented or white elephants
