Another hotel and more waste?!

Do not provide £1.9m to private enterprise to create hotel accommodation. Outrageous when council tax is being massively inceased.

Councillors who lose their wards following local elections should not be paid for losing. They are presumably not serving their wards well enough so why are they being rewarded?

Why the contribution is important

Common sense to most people.

    The total cost to us, the taxpayer is £4M, which is a contribution to the developer with no repayment and no commitment.
    No opportunity after initial failure to allow others to bid! This suggests as a minimum incompetence and maybe mal administration.
    This should not be a burden on us.
